Became a certified Yoga Teacher through a month-long intensive yet transformative journey of self-discovery and spiritual growth at the House of Om in Pelaga, Bali. This serene sanctuary nestled amidst the lush Balinese jungle was the perfect setting for embarking on my Yoga Teacher Training program. Led by experienced instructors and surrounded by the natural beauty of Bali, I delved into the ancient teachings of yoga, meditation, and mindfulness, honing my skills and expanding my knowledge on eastern philosophy and practices.
From sun salutations at sunrise to restorative practices at sunset, each day was a harmonious blend of physical, mental, and spiritual development.
